What is Transpersonal Therapy?

Transpersonal therapy is a holistic approach that transcends conventional cognitive techniques, recognizing the spiritual, emotional, and connection-based aspects of human experience. It acknowledges that our sense of self extends beyond the individual to encompass the systems around us.

For me, approaching healing from a transpersonal lens involves exploring the connections we have with our self, our close relationships, our communities, and our planet.

When I think of the transpersonal, I visualize a spider web with many drops of water. Each drop reflects all the other drops on the web, and all the other drops are reflected back into that one. In our human experience, how are we affecting and affected by those around us?
